Rasveen graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2020 with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2021.

Rasveen’s experience spans across civil litigation, commercial disputes, criminal defence work and non-contentious probate matters. She has assisted in a wide range of civil and commercial disputes including contractual, tortious, property and shareholders' disputes, and across various levels of the Singapore courts.

Apart from commercial disputes, Rasveen has also represented accused persons facing a diverse range of criminal charges including offences under the Workplace Safety and Health Act 2006 and white collar offences such as corruption and cheating.

In addition to litigation work, Rasveen has assisted with drafting and reviewing corporate documents and contracts. She also advises on estate planning such as wills.

Some of the matters which Rasveen has been involved in include:

  • Successfully argued an application for leave to amend pleadings/ Defence (Exterian Capital Pte Ltd v Wong Jun Jie Adrian and another [2025] SGHCR 40)
  • Acted for two individuals in their defence against claims for misrepresentation and conspiracy by unlawful means in four related Singapore High Court matters involving damages in excess of S$12.5 million.
  • Acted for a subsidiary of a listed public company that provides trustee, fiduciary and custody services in its defence against claims for breach of trust, breach of fiduciary duties and unjust enrichment in the Singapore High Court.
  • Acted for a legal joint tenant of a commercial property seeking an order for sale of the property in the open market. (Khoo Jee Chek v Lim Beng Tiong [2023] SGHC 233 and Khoo Jee Chek v Lim Beng Tiong [2024] SGHC(A) 21).
  • Represented a shareholder of a company manufacturing and supplying window covering products with an estimated value in excess of S$5 million in a shareholders’ dispute. The matter was successfully and amicably resolved at mediation.
  • Assisted in obtaining an urgent interim judicial management order against AmazingTech Pte Ltd – operator of Tokenize Xchange and in securing the appointment of our clients’ nominated liquidators over AmazingTech Pte Ltd (Duncan, Cameron Lindsay and others v AmazingTech Pte Ltd (under interim judicial management) and another matter [2025] SGHC 195)
  • Assisted in rendering advice to a Singapore listed company on various indemnity deeds signed by its directors, in relation to an intended injunction application that its directors were considering applying for in the Singapore High Court.
  • Assisted in advising various employers and employees of their rights in respect of contentious and non-contentious employment matters including restraint of trade clauses in employment contracts.
  • Assisted in defending a director of a company in the business of providing freight- forwarding services against cheating charges.
  • Assisted in defending an individual against offences under the Prevention of Corruption Act, including successfully negotiating with the Prosecution to seek a reduced penalty order from the Court.
