Caleb graduated from the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) with a Bachelor of Laws (Second Upper Class Honours) and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore.

Caleb began his legal training in litigation and dispute resolution at one of Singapore’s largest law firms, where he assisted on a wide range of high-value civil and commercial disputes. These include medical negligence claims, contractual and tortious disputes, and corporate disputes relating to shareholder disagreements, claims of minority oppression, breaches of directors’ fiduciary duties and company insolvency matters.

He has also assisted on several criminal defence cases involving charges relating to the falsification of accounts, dishonest misappropriation of property, criminal breach of trust and corruption offences.

Caleb later joined a leading matrimonial disputes practice, where he assisted on contentious family and divorce matters both at mediation and in proceedings before the Family Justice Courts. His experience spans disputes over custody, care and control of children and access, some of which comprised a multi-jurisdictional element, as well as hotly contested financial issues such as the division of matrimonial assets and claims for maintenance. Caleb has also assisted in quasi-criminal proceedings involving family violence and enforcement actions relating to maintenance orders.

In addition to litigation work, Caleb has assisted with drafting and reviewing corporate documents and contracts.

Some of the matters which Caleb has been involved in include:
